Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • Unopened and sealed in their original packaging
  • In the same condition as you received them
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened supplements or nutrition products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been used or tampered with
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Process

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in appropriate packaging
  3. Include your order number and return reason
  4. Ship to: Digeni Akrita 78D, Strovolos, Nicosia

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. We will inspect the item(s)
  2. You will receive an email confirming we received your return
  3. We will notify you of your refund approval or rejection
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  5. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser

Sale Items

  • Regular priced items may be refunded
  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts cannot be refunded
  • Defective sale items may be exchanged for the same product if available

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Include photos of the damage
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund
  4. We will cover return shipping for damaged or defective items
