Return Period
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

- Pack the item(s) securely in appropriate packaging
- Include your order number and return reason
- Ship to: Digeni Akrita 78D, Strovolos, Nicosia
Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item(s)
- You will receive an email confirming we received your return
- We will notify you of your refund approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser
Sale Items
- Regular priced items may be refunded
- Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts cannot be refunded
- Defective sale items may be exchanged for the same product if available
